Refund policy

Our return policy allows for a 30-day window, giving you 30 days to request a return/refund after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 Shipping Costs on Returns
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item. However, if you prefer us to create a return shipping label, we can do so, but the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please be advised that shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Damages and issues
We take pride in the quality of our fins and test each one carefully before shipping. However, please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know immediately if there are any issues. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please be aware that due to variables such as resin differentiation, the depth or shallowness of the box, and other factors, there may be slight variations between boxes, even after they are set on a surfboard. If you encounter any issues with your fin(s), please contact us via email and we'll provide all the support you need.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Regrettably, we are unable to process returns for sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return and Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you on whether your refund request has been approved or not. If it is approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
