We understand that receiving your Raido Surf Co. products promptly and responsibly is important to you, which is why we partner with Sendle.
This delivery service is the first in Australia to be 100% carbon-neutral and owned by Australians.
Australia Post is our go-to for express shipping and international orders, since Sendle isn't currently available in our area.
1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we sure do!
Enjoy free shipping for all orders over $60 within Australia. The free shipping offer will be automatically applied to your cart during checkout. For orders under $60, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping within Australia.
2. Do you offer Express shipping?
We understand the urgency of receiving your surf gear when the waves are perfect. That's why we offer an Express Post option during checkout for just $15.00. With this option, we will ship your order within one business day, and you can expect to receive it within four business days (though delivery times may vary). Please note that we cannot refund the postage cost if Australia Post fails to deliver the package within this timeframe.

Rest assured that all orders will be processed by us within the same or next business day.
For deliveries in Australia*, please refer to the following information:
  • 1 - 3 business days to Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide
  • 3 - 5 business days to Melbourne
  • 3 - 7 business days to Tasmania
  • 7+ business days to Perth
*Please note that the average delivery times provided on our website are based on information from our shipping carriers. To get the most current delivery estimate, please refer to your shipping confirmation email and track your package using the provided tracking number.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping through Australia Post, which provides highly competitive prices. Shipping costs vary by country and will be displayed upon checkout. International fees start at $20 for New Zealand and $40 for other countries.
Please note that our costs do not cover import duties, charges, and taxes, which are your responsibility to pay.

 6. Help, my delivery address is wrong!
We've all been there...
If you've made a mistake in your order, don't worry! Email us immediately and we'll do our best to make the necessary changes. However, once your order has been picked up by the courier, we won't be able to make any changes. Rest assured that in the event of a return, we'll notify you right away.

8. What if I was not home when they delivered?
Rest assured, our couriers will leave your parcel in a secure location if it's deemed safe to do so. However, if they feel that it's not safe, they will take it to your post office or local newsagent instead. To locate your parcel, please check your email for the tracking number that we sent you. Don't forget to check your spam or junk folder just in case.
